A full reference for the Guild Vault Discord bot: what members can run, what managers can run, and what each command does. Discord automation is available on Premium guilds and during the 14-day trial.
Guild member commands
Everyday commands members use to link their account, update their roster profile, and check guild activity.
/link/linkConnect your Discord account to your Guild Vault profile with a 6-digit code. Only needed if you use email/password login and have not connected Discord through your profile.
Members who signed up or connected through Discord OAuth are already linked.
/setup/setupCheck whether your Discord account is linked, whether you are on the roster, and what setup steps are still open.
Server not yet connected to a Guild Vault guild? Manage Server members running /setup instead get a private link to create or link a guild.
/tournament/tournament <subcommand>Join and check guild tournaments from Discord.
/tournament signup-Sign yourself up for the guild next open tournament./tournament status-Show the current tournament status and your seed position./tournament bracket-View the current bracket privately./dkp/dkp <subcommand>Check DKP balances, history, earning rules, leaderboards, shop items, and auctions from Discord.
/dkp balance-Shows your current DKP balance, reserved points, and lifetime earned/spent totals./dkp history-Lists your recent DKP transactions with reason and date./dkp criteria-Shows active earning criteria and point values./dkp leaderboard-Shows the top 10 members by current DKP balance./dkp shop-Lists fixed-price items and live auctions.Member DKP commands require a linked Guild Vault account.
/profile/profile [user]View a Guild Vault profile summary for yourself or another member.
/profile-Shows your rank, class, status, and join date./profile @Member-Shows that member profile when your guild permissions allow it./class/classSet your primary and secondary class from the classes your guild has configured in Guild Vault.
/status/status <set> [days] [return_date]Update your availability status directly from Discord.

Commands for officers and managers who run events, role menus, and DKP from Discord.
/nudgeManagers only/nudge [event] [delivery]Remind linked members who have not RSVP'd to an upcoming guild event. Nudge messages include RSVP buttons.
/nudge-Opens a private picker with upcoming events, then posts the nudge in the Events channel./nudge event_id:<event name>-Uses autocomplete as a shortcut when typing an upcoming event name./nudge delivery:dm-Sends private DM nudges with RSVP buttons and reports sent/failed counts./nudge delivery:both-Posts in the Events channel and sends DM nudges./dkp awardManagers only/dkp award|deductAward or deduct DKP for members from Discord.
/dkp award @member <amount> [reason]-Award DKP to a member./dkp deduct @member <amount> [reason]-Deduct DKP from a member. Cannot take a balance below zero./dkp balance @member-Review another member balance./dkp history @member-Review another member recent DKP history.Manager DKP commands require DKP Manager permission.
/rescanManagers only/rescan [event_id]Re-run voice attendance scanning for an event when the automatic scan missed members or needs a manual refresh.
/rescan-Re-scans the most recent eligible event./rescan event_id:<id>-Re-scans a specific Guild Vault event ID.This can also be used for alliance event mirrors when Alliance Sync and voice attendance are enabled for the guild.
/rolesManagers only/roles <list|post|sync>Post and refresh Guild Vault self-role dropdown menus after they are configured in Guild Settings.
/roles list-Shows the role menus configured for this guild./roles post menu:<name-or-id>-Posts a saved role menu to its configured Discord channel./roles sync menu:<name-or-id>-Refreshes the existing Discord dropdown after menu changes.Members selecting roles from the posted dropdown do not need linked Guild Vault accounts.
