Guild Vault is independent guild operations software for MMO and Discord communities, built because leading a competitive gaming community should not require five different tools and a part-time IT person.
The problem
Guild leaders and officers were spending 2–4 hours a day on guild admin — roster updates, attendance, DKP tracking, Discord role management, event scheduling, and recruitment — all across five different tools that didn't talk to each other. That's time that should be spent actually playing.
The idea
What if one tool handled all of it? Roster, ranks, events, DKP, statics, performance, recruitment, and Discord — unified under one guild subscription.
The build
Guild Vault launched with core roster and event tools, then expanded into DKP, OCR screenshot import, alliance management, tournament brackets, and a full Discord bot.
Today
Guilds across Throne and Liberty, Where Winds Meet, WoW, FFXIV, and other games use Guild Vault to coordinate their communities. New features ship regularly based on what guild leaders actually ask for.
