How Guild Vault handles user-uploaded material and rights complaints.

Users may upload only images they created, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to use. Calling an image fan art, placing it on a community page, or finding it online does not automatically create permission to upload it to Guild Vault.
Send a notice to legal@guildvault.net with your name and contact information, identification of the protected work, the exact URL of the reported material, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy and authority, and your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a notice and may contact the user who uploaded it.
The uploader may respond through legal@guildvault.net with the information needed to explain their rights. Guild Vault may suspend or terminate repeat infringers and remove material that violates third-party rights or our Terms.
